Terms & Conditions

PUREFLO HOME SOLUTIONS, LLC 

By setting a day and time for work to be completed you are agreeing to a legally binding contract for work to be performed.


TO AVOID A $50 FEE please have payment ready for technicians upon completion of services. Payment received after the service date will be subject to a $50 late fee, additional days are subject to interest as well as late fees


Client Absence Policy


We’ve got you covered! You don’t need to be home during your appointment if you have other things to take care of — we’re happy to handle everything for you.


If no one will be home during or after the service:

 • The client voluntarily waives their right to a post-service walk-through.

 • Payment must be arranged prior to the appointment (via digital invoice, check left on-site, or other approved method).


If payment has not been arranged before arrival and the client is not on-site, Pureflo Home Solutions will not perform the scheduled work, and a $199 rescheduling fee will apply.


Without notice of absence or preferred payment, a last minute change may fall under our no call/no show/less than 24 hour cancellation policy found below 

Failure to pay 


This estimate is an approximation and is not guaranteed. Actual cost may change once all project elements are finalized or negotiated. Prior to any changes of cost, the client will be notified.

Services. Upon acceptance, we will perform the services described in this estimate. Any additional services requested by you and not included in this estimate will incur additional charges.

Schedule. The services will be completed and will be made in accordance with the schedule agreed upon.

Changes. Changes in the specifications, quantities, schedule or other aspects of the services that are requested or approved by you do not become binding unless accepted in writing. Any such changes may result in additional or increased charges, and you agree to pay such increased charges.

Taxes. You will be responsible for payment of all applicable federal, state and local taxes.

Payment Terms. All invoices for services covered by the estimate are payable upon completion of work or date stated on the invoice.

Late Charges; Interest. Any invoices not paid by you on the date of completion may bear interest after the due date until the invoice is paid. We charge a 5% interest rate monthly. All invoices overdue by 90 days will be sent to collections.

We abide to all of the statements stated on this estimate - Service Terms and Conditions.

If applicable, client agrees to authorize us on their property for the purposes of performing the services stated on this estimate. Client understands that although we try our best to provide you with an accurate timeframe, there is no set timeframe for the completion of services and several visits to the property may be required. The time stated on your appointment is just an arrival window, we will be sure to contact you when we are on our way.  We also have permission to visit the property with little or no notice to assess service needs prior to the date of service, as well as to check completion after services have been rendered.

Client agrees to allow us to utilize any photos, descriptions, reviews, quotes, texts or videos of the property for marketing purposes.

By inquiring about our services or doing business with us, you are giving your consent to receive notifications and messages (e-mail or text) regarding our promotions or services.

Cancellation policy - We understand that changes to schedule and cancellations may be necessary. Notification of more than 48 hours before service is required to avoid a $50 cancellation fee to provide adequate time for us to schedule someone else in the booked time slot.

NO NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OR CANCELLATION WITHIN 24 HOURS WILL RESULT IN CHARGE OF THE FULL WORK ORDER AMOUNT


Pureflo Home Solutions makes sure that our technicians have time for rest and family


As such, we do not operate on weekends or major holidays


Cancellations and schedule changes for Monday and Tuesday will have to be made by Thursday and Friday to avoid cancellation fees.


If the 48 hour window falls on a major Holliday, the notice will need to be given in 48 hours advance of the holiday


This is to ensure we can meet all of our clients and employees  scheduling needs and provide consistency 


At Pureflo Home Solutions, we prioritize the protection of our clients’ property and utilize only safe methods for all our services. By agreeing to have work performed, you acknowledge and accept the following:


 1. Our techniques, equipment, and procedures are designed to prevent harm to well-maintained properties.


 2. Any damage that may arise during the service, in the absence of proven negligence or accidental incidents on our part, is attributable to pre-existing conditions on the property being serviced.


 3. You have had the opportunity to ask questions and fully understand these terms before agreeing to this waiver.


 4. This agreement is made voluntarily, and you acknowledge any risks associated with the service.


Again, we appreciate you agreeing to these terms and conditions as we only set them in place to ensure everyone's safety and satisfaction. If you have any questions regarding these Terms and Conditions, please reach out to us.

PREPARING FOR YOUR SERVICE:


Window cleaning - Please ensure all windows are easily accessible from both sides of the window with no obstructions. Screens can be removed by our technicians at no cost however Pureflo Home Solutions is not responsible for damage occurring from screen removal and replacement. 


Pressure Washing and Deck Cleaning - Please ensure all surfaces to be cleaned are easily accessible, all electronics including lighting is turned off and if exposed to the area where washing will occur, remains off for 48 hours to prevent electrical damage to components. All vehicles must be moved 50 ft away or further from surfaces to be cleaned. Animals and pets are ok however please respect our technicians, their comfort and ability to preform their service 


Soft Washing Roofs or Siding - All vehicles must be moved 100 ft or further from location where surfaces will be cleaned. Animals must be kept inside for this service




Commercial clients with NET 30 Terms 


1. Payment Terms:

   a. The client agrees to make payment within 30 days from the date of invoice.

   b. Late payments will be subject to a late fee of 5% per month 


2. Payment Methods:

   a. The client can make payments via bank transfer, check, or online payment platforms.

   b. Bank account details and payment links will be provided upon request.


3. Dispute Resolution:

   a. Any disputes arising from the contract shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration, in accordance with Oregon state law.

   b. In the event mediation or arbitration fails to resolve the dispute, legal action may be pursued.


4. Termination of Services:

   a. In the event of non-payment, the service provider reserves the right to terminate services or withhold further work.


5. Ownership of Goods or Services:

   a. The service provider retains ownership of any goods or services provided until full payment is received.


6. Confidentiality:

   a. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the business relationship.


7. Governing Law:

   a. This contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Oregon.


8. Amendments and Modifications:

   a. Any changes to the contract must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.


9. Severability:

   a. If any part of the contract is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
