Tile and grout are beautiful choices for flooring and showers

Maintaining them can be a little trickier 

Our approach is to scrub deep into the pores of the tile and grout to remove existing dirt, oils and bacteria to clean and sanitize the tile and grout

After the tile has been properly prepared and cleaned we allow it to dry before moving onto the final step

After the grout has been allowed to dry it’s important that it is sealed right away. Sealing provides a protective layer on top of the tile and grout which prevents future staining and keeps contaminants out of the pores of the grout

Over time, without proper maintenance, grout can erode naturally from water exposure without a seal or by being cleaned with chemicals that damage grout, like bleach or vinegar

This type of damage can lead to leaks beyond the shower and into the structure of your home and need to be addressed as soon as possible.

Our solution involves removing the areas of grout that are damaged, cleaning and repairing with new grout

Using our color palate sampler, we can match the grout color and color seal it to match the existing tile and grout
